Spa Etiquette
The members of our staff have dedicated their lives to promote the well being of others. Because we want each guest to go home satisfied, we ask that these few, but important, rules of Spa Etiquette be observed:

• Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that we may begin your treatment on time.
• The spa is a place where Moms and Dads come to rest and recharge their batteries.  So please, make arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones.
• Children under the age of 13 will not be permitted in the spa, unless they are having services.
• Turn cell phones/pagers to silent or vibrate mode.
• Use a “spa voice” in all areas of the spa. Our lounge is a place where many guests savor a much needed private moment to read, meditate or simply relax.
• Tell you therapist of any changes you may have had to your health or your medications.
• If you are receiving a body wrap or salt glow, do not shave or wax legs for 48 hours prior to service.
• You may receive a full refund on all skin care purchases within 10 days of purchase.
